Effects and benefits of strength training on the human body for individual client

This bachelor thesis deals with summary of basic information related to power training. The bachelor describes individual aspects connected with this kind of exercise, from basic physiology, through benefits and negatives, to analysis of particular types of power load. The practical part includes examples of power exercises and their effect on the human body at three studied individuals who have undergone a three-month training program. The aim of this work was to confirm the positive effect of power exercise on the human body through a questionnaire method. Based on the facts given research has been shown to increase power options, improved psychological well-being and lifestyle of the individual subjects. Regular exercise has an overall positive effect on our body, so it is important not to neglect the active way of life and even in today's timeconsuming
Evaluation of muscle with a tendency to shorten during a compensatory exercise program for a group between 20 - 30 years old at the center of a healthy lifestyle at PF

The aim of this work is to increase muscle stretching with a tendency to shorten during the compensatory exercise program in the group of 20-30 years old at the center of healthy lifestyle at the PF in 2017/2018. This program includes the input and output measurement of the exercise probands. These measurements include anthropometric measurements, postural muscle testing, posture and BMI. The focus of this work is closely related to body posture and Thomayer's test. On the basis of the data obtained, verification of the compensatory exercise program will be carried out.
Compensation exercise program for a group of trainees women at the age from 20 to 30 years old in the centre of a healthy lifestyle at PF JU in the school year 2016/2017

The aim of the thesis is to compile and verify the compensation program for women between 20-30 years in the center of healthy lifestyle at PF in 2016/2017. The research included input and output measurements of practicing women, including body posture, anthropometric measurements, WHR index and BMI, fitness test, and functional muscular tests of postural muscles. The work is further focused on body posture, fitness test, and Thomayer test functional test. On the basis of the data obtained, verification of the compensation program will be carried out. For all women tested, improvement was noted after graduation, in the quality of posture, in the Ruffier test, and in the improvement of spine flexibility. The overall positive impact of the program was also observed in other measured values, such as, for example, functional tests of postural muscle. The compensation program therefore fulfilled its goal.
